PURPOSE: When driving a car, an initial learning data is set. A duty compensation is carried out by setting a compensation value of the initial learning data with law of least square to the whole throttle opening degree. CONSTITUTION: A driving car state sensing portion(10) senses varied signal by driving state of the driving car, and outputs corresponding electrical signals. A transmission control portion(20) receives the signal from the driving car state sensing portion(10), and stores an initial learning data set at every upshift transmission synchronization. If the stored learning data is over a limit, a duty compensation value is outputted by the transmission control portion(20). When there is an upshift transmission synchronization, the transmission control portion(20) stores new opening degree learning data of throttle valve, and compensates duty with the duty compensation value, and outputs duty compensation value of the new with law of least square, then returns to its determining step of transmission synchronization state. The driving car state sensing portion(10) comprises a throttle valve opening degree sensing portion(11) and a car speed sensing portion(12).
