DEVICE FOR EXAMINING INDUSTRIAL METER

PURPOSE: A device for examining industrial meter is provided to measure error of flow rate displayed on a counter and to collect and analyze environmental data such as pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a cylinder(1) comprising m*n of units and having both ends fixed between a front block and a rear block fixed on an upper part of one side of a main frame; a cylinder rod of the cylinder having one end penetrating the front block and inserted to the cylinder; and the other end fixed to a clamper; guide grooves formed on four corners of the clamper so that the clamper is moved by a guide rod connecting a pair of fixing plate installed to an upper part of the other side of the main frame with the front block; a servo motor(6) connected to a rear side of the clamper to move the clamper and connected with a control panel; sensors(11) attached on both of the ends of the cylinder and a turbine meter(8) to measure pressure and temperature so as to transmit to the control panel and control; and solenoid valves(12) installed to both sides of the cylinder and a driving flange(16) to supply actual gas supplied through an air service unit(13) to the turbine meter in regular direction.
