Archiving and delivery of documents using central archiving system to manage addresses of external archive systems

摘要

When a document is archived in the central archiving system, a logical address is added to an external archive system for the index information of a document. The logical address is converted to the real address when a selected document is requested. The selected document is delivered via a communication connection between the external archive system and the user system without support of the central archiving system. A central archiving system is also claimed.
