PURPOSE: A calcium hydroxide fertilizer by using sludge generated from sugar manufacturing and a method for preparing the same are provided therefore, the sludge generated from sugar manufacturing are recycled. CONSTITUTION: The calcium hydroxide fertilizer is prepared by: (i) mixing sludge generated from sugar manufacturing and calcium oxide in a weight ratio of 1:2 and then stirring the mixture; (ii) finely pulverizing the mixed mixture with a hammer crusher; and (iii) selecting fine-grained particles having a fixed size from the pulverized mixture of the sludge and calcium oxide by using a screen and transferring the selected fertilizer particles to a separate storeroom.
