PURPOSE: A refrigerator having a rice container is provided to keep rice at a regular temperature all the times by mounting a rice container in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator having a rice container consists of: a rice container(2); a refrigeration compartment having the rice reservoir; and a cover for pulling in or taking out the rice container through a grip(22). The rice container has a hexahedral, cubic or cylindrical form. A front face(20) of the rice container includes the grip(22) for taking out an operating unit(21) and the rice container of the refrigerator. An upper face(30) has a cover(300) with a grip(31) for accepting rice. The refrigeration compartment of the refrigerator is made by specific size and shape for accepting the rice container. The refrigeration compartment is agreed with the cover part of the rice container. Therefore, the rice is kept in the refrigeration compartment of the refrigerator for a long time without going bad or being spoiled due to enzyme or noxious insects.
