A method for preventing corrosion of an ozone water treatment system using waste nitrogen is provided to reduce cost generated according to installation of an expensive nitrogen generator and a nitrogen storing tank, and to prevent corrosion of a wire. The ozone water treatment system includes an oxygen generator, an ozone generator, and a control part. A method for preventing corrosion of the ozone water treatment system using waste nitrogen includes a step for forming a supply path of nitrogen by connecting a nitrogen discharge pipe into the oxygen generator, and connecting the nitrogen discharge pipe, the oxygen generator, the ozone generator, and the control part with each pipe(100), and a step for filling the waste nitrogen generated in each part(200). The method for preventing corrosion of the ozone water treatment system further includes a step for wiring a wire into the pipe.
