[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A communication apparatus for transmitting feedback information generated from a plurality of items of reception quality information to an apparatus of a communication destination applies discrete cosine transform to the items of reception quality information and determines the results that the signal components of at least one pair of samples out of the signal components of the samples obtained by the discrete cosine transform are expressed by different amounts of information as the feedback information.
