Communication network subscriber call connection monitoring method checks incoming call against programmed time period for selective blocking of call

The monitoring method checks a detected incoming call to the monitored subscriber (16,20,22,26) with a previously selected time period, for selective disconnection of the incoming call when the call occurs within the selected time period, dependent on whether or not the calling subscriber is located within the same time zone. The selected time periods can be programmed for each day of the week and for each different time zone. An Independent claim for a telecommunications system is also included.
