A polyether polyurethane obtained from ingredients comprising (A) at least one polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups selected from the group consisting of aromatic polyisocyanates and aliphatic polyisocyanates, (B) a polyoxytetramethylene glycol which has a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 4,000 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.75 or less and in which the content of high-molecular polyoxytetramethylene glycol molecules is 10 wt.% or lower, and (C) at least one chain extender selected from the group consisting of C2-10 polyols having two or more hydroxyl groups and C2-10 polyamines having two or more amino groups; and an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer obtained from the ingredient (A) and the ingredient (B).
