FIELD: explosives. ^ SUBSTANCE: method designed to make products from explosives comprises metering explosive components, mixing them in continuous mixers, including mixer-adapter, pre-mixers with agitators, auger and circulation mass duct furnished with circulation gate valve and vacuum mixer gate vale. Product is shaped in the following procedure, i.e. unloading composition from pre-mixer and vacuum mixer till the load at their drives some 5 to 10% higher than that of idling, disconnecting vacuum mixer auger, unloading composition from pre-mixer into vacuum mixer till idling loads at mixers' drivers. It comprises also disconnecting auger and pre-mixers, closing vacuum mixer gate valve, creating vacuum in vacuum mixer, mixing composition at residual pressure of 10 to 25 mm Hg, connecting vacuum mixer auger and unloading composition from vacuum mixer till idling loads at mixers' drives. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of final product. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
