FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile production. The method of knitting weft knitted fabric is realised as follows. When ground loops are transferred from needles of one needle bed of seamless loop-forming sinker web machine to needles of another needle bed, a fleece yarn is stretched on the needles and at the same time loops of the fleece yarn is knitted on the needles from which the transfer is carried out, overcast of fleece yarn is stretched on the needles on which transfer to transferred loop of the ground is carried out. Thereafter the ground loops with overcast of fleece yarn are transferred backward to the same needles from which they were taken off. Thereafter, further course of the ground is knitted extending the ground loops through the ground loop of the previous course and overcast of the fleece yarn. ^ EFFECT: reliability of mechanical process of stretching fleece yarn on the needles of seamless loop-forming sinker web machine with forming double wrap of needle shank from the side of a hook. ^ 1 dwg |
