FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: system contains adjustable drive of the bulk-flow conveyor, blocks for calculation of: mass of the i-th component fed to the averaging tank during (k-1)-th, k-th, and (k+1)-th time intervals; chemical elements and oxides content in i-th raw material element, weighted average values of the chemical elements and oxides content in averaging tank; time constant of the dynamic element, transition factor of the dynamic element, expected weighted average values of the chemical elements and oxides content and transition function of expected weighted average values of the chemical elements and oxides content in the averaging tank during all period of its formation. The device contains the blocks for calculation of: goal function, optimal assignment to the flow controller as well as synchronisation units of all aforementioned process parametres. ^ EFFECT: control efficiency enhancing of the mixing free-flowing components process. ^ 1 dwg |
