<p>The invention relates to a centrifugal rotor disperser able to exert a mechanical and acoustic action with an intensity ranging between 100 and 500 Watts per kilogram of product. The centrifugal disperser consists of a rotor (4) fixed on a shaft (5), a stator (2) equipped with a row of coaxial teeth (7) and with an external concentric row of rectification paddles (8) surrounding said rotor (4), whereby the width of the radial slits separating the rectification paddles (8) of the stator (2) is several times lower than the length thereof. The rotor (4) is fitted with an impeller (4) comprising straight or curved blades (10) as well as a row of coaxial blades (11). The centrifugal rotor disperser makes it possible to obtain various vegetable-based foodstuffs as soya paste and mayonnaise.</p> |
