The manufacturing method has a mortar mix deposited in a mould (1) mounted on a transport carriage (2) at a filling station (F), with subsequent transport through a series of successive shaking stations (R1-R4), at which a uniform vertical oscillation is applied to the base of the mould at a frequency of between 10 and 30 Hertz. The oscillation frequency is interrupted for between 1 and 5 minutes and varied in steps for preventing characteristic oscillation of the mortar mass, with the oscillations terminated between 8 and 12 minutes before the end of the drive process.
