The invention relates to a fastening device for insulating glass panes. For this purpose, a point fitting (1) is used that is fastened on the outside of the insulating glass pane (50) by means of an adhesive (51). A spacer elemen t (53) is inserted in the area of the point fitting between the spaced-apart glass panes (2, 50). The invention further relates to an assembly element (5 ) with adjustable pretension. A permanently elastic spring member (7) is interposed between a bell-shaped fitting (10) and the assembly element (5). Said spring member allows a relative movement of the bell-shaped fitting (10 ) in relation to the assembly element (5).
