<p>The present invention relates to a removal security optical coating of the type comprising a substrate which contains printed information and a first coating which impedes the permanent adhesion of the security optical coating to the substrate. Said optical coating comprises a removable material which has temporary adhesion characteristics when applied to the substrate, and engraving optical elements onto said removable material. The optical security coating authenticates information printed under the coating and avoids reprocessing of objects and printings, and also avoids duplication of said objects and printings by conventional methods. In another embodiment of the present invention, the security optical coating actuates partially, the printing and the unremoved parts of the coating being the elements which authenticate the corresponding information.</p> |
