<p>Androstane derivatives having various substituents at the 7- or 11-position, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or prodrugs of the same and substances serving not as an agonist but as an antagonist for androgen receptors, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or products of the same are useful as antiandrogen agents and, therefore, usable as preventives or remedies for diseases such as prostatic cancer and male pattern baldness.</p> |
