摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for analysing measurements obtained on a biochip comprising a series of reference probes, each of which is designed to trigger a hybridisation with a specific sequence of a reference nucleic acid, the specific sequence associated with one probe being staggered in relation to the specific sequence associated with the preceding probe by a position corresponding to one or more bases; and a series of respective alternative probes, each of which contains a mutation in relation to its reference probe. The method comprises the following steps for identifying a target nucleic acid: measuring the hybridisation rates of target sequences on the reference probes and the alternative probes; determining the differences between the rates measured and the respective predetermined distributions that statistically represent where the measured rates would be if the target sequence were identical to the reference sequence; and analysing the differences for the neighbouring reference probes and at least one corresponding alternative probe.</p>
