Data memory operating method

摘要

The memory operating method has the data held in the memory read out using defined parameters,with these parameters or data representing these parameters held in specific memory elements of the data memory, for read out of the parameters when the memory is brought into operation. The stored read out parameters may correspond to margin values which are required for read out of stored data, with repetitive read out of the memory elements holding the read out parameters using different margin values.
