<p>An LSI storage monitor includes a storage device, a bus arbiter connected with the storage device, a CPU capable of accessing the storage device through the bus arbiter, a plurality of internal block circuits capable of accessing the storage device through the bus arbiter, information generator means for generating additional information, and trigger generator means for generating a trigger signal for inhibiting the internal block circuits from access to the storage device based on a predetermined trigger state. The storage device has a dedicated area for storing additional information. The bus arbiter allows addition information to be stored in the dedicated area. In response to the trigger signal, CPU observes the additional information stored in the dedicated area.</p> |
