A pharmaceutical formulation comprises a mixture of two or more drugs optionally together with one or more excipients, the mixture being formed by the steps of: co-crystallisation or co-precipitation of the drugs followed b y micronisation or milling to produce a uniform powder having a particle size and other properties suitable for formulation for pulmonary or nasal administration.
