The balanced carbohydrate based energy source comprises e.g. saccharose 49, soya lecithine 25, soya protein 10, cacao 15, chocolate 0.5, vitamin C 0.2, sodium lauryl sulphate 0.2 and polyvinyl pyrrolidone 3 per cent respectively. Dry mixing of the weighed ingredients minimises contact with the air. EMBODIMENT - The formulation is wetted, at 140 grammes per litre of water.
