The present invention relates to an icing smoother machine intended to improve the existing procedure of smoothing the icing all over the cake. It is designed to meet the current needs of professional cake decorators in terms of manually smoothing an icing on a cake with a palette knife or a stainless steel spatula that takes so much time and could affect the visual appearance of the cake. The number of cakes produced is likewise affected. In order to make it possible, the invention is designed to achieve the smooth icing not only on cakes but also efficiency m decorating cakes done in shorter period of time. It comprises features that will improve the effectiveness of the said invention. It has smoother that will level and smooth the icing all over the cake. A plate-like disc rotary disk (31) where the cake to be iced is being placed. A pole will support the icing smoother machine attached with a smoother holder used to hold the smoother in place. Also, it includes an electric motor that runs when the power is switched on at the base and will provide mechanism of the said invention. |
