The present invention relates to a gas turbine power generating system having a cooling device which uses liquefied gas to cool combustion gas transferred to a gas turbine. The gas turbine power generating system comprises: a compressor (10) to compress external air; and a combustor (30) to inject fuel into the compressed air supplied from the compressor to supply compressed gas to a gas turbine (11, 12). The gas turbine power generating system further comprises a liquefied gas injection unit (110) to inject liquefied gas into combustion gas discharged from the combustor (30) and supplied to the gas turbine (11, 12).
