According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting diode (LED) display device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate; a plurality of LED devices disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and including an R-LED device, a G-LED device and a B-LED device; and a thin film transistor formed on the first substrate and driving the plurality of LED devices individually. According to the embodiment, the LED devices are disposed on a panel, so a light path from a light source to light output is shortened, thereby improving lighting efficiency. |
