This invention relates to air balloon like device having aluminum pipe in t he middle of air bag. This air bag is made by the material like inflatable boat . The air bag may readily be secured to strongly with the pipe using parts like ropes, cramps, rubber gaskets, nuts, steel plate, hook and bracelet. This device wi ll be used for lifting ships or boats up form aground or controlling the ship's balance. We can escape from any difficulties without pumping oil on the sea, also th is device can be used to recover ships from deep sea bottom.
