Damper pulley

A damper pulley (18) is constituted of a hub (12), a pulley (14), and a vulcanized rubber member (16) forced and fixed into an annular space formed between the hub (12) and the pulley (14), at least the pulley (14) being made of metal. The vulcanized rubber member (16) is formed from a rubber-compounding material containing a higher fatty acid type processing aid in non-polar rubber as a base. A binding layer (20) of a moisture-curing adhesive agent may be interposed in the interface between vulcanized rubber (16) and metal (14). The rubber-compounding material may further contain a tackifier for giving tackiness to metal. The tackifier can react with the non-polar rubber at the time of vulcanization and has a polar group.
