The present invention relates to a distribution panel for preventing a short-circuit of an underground distribution line which is configured to newly form elastically operable ground terminals in both ends of a connection unit, which is a connection terminal, and to install both a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor in a proper place inside a box so as to rapidly dry humidity up to a predetermined temperature in accordance with internal humidity. According to the present invention, the internal humidity is sensed and rapidly dried to prevent a short-circuit due to dew condensation generated caused by a difference of temperature and a defective connection is eliminated in case of distribution switch to enable a smooth and safe distribution work. |
