The present invention relates to a dressing scattering matter covering device which comprises: a grinding cover; grinder stone rotationally provided in a lower portion of the grinding cover; a dressing cone mounted in a dressing lever, and dressing the grinder stone by operation of a dressing handle connected to the dressing lever; and a scattering prevention cover selectively and rotationally provided in the grinding cover to block scattering matter scattered from the grinder stone in dressing work by using the dressing cone.
