Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing crab sticks according to an embodiment of the present invention and the crab sticks manufactured thereby. The apparatus for manufacturing crab sticks according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first injection molding device forming a first ingredient of crab sticks into a sheet-shaped first injection molded product by injection molding; a second injection molding device forming a second ingredient of the crab sticks into a sheet-shaped second injection molded product by injection molding; a joining device forming a crab stick sheet by joining the first injection molded product and the second injection molded product; and a winding device forming the crab stick sheet into a rolled-up crab stick by winding the same, and therein a part of a nozzle of the second injection molding device can be formed to slope downward. |
