The present invention relates to an automatic Gimbap (laver rice rolls) rolling device including a sterilization unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the automatic Gimbap rolling device including a sterilization unit capable of preventing unnecessary labor consumption by automatically performing a series of Gimbap cooking steps by a mechanical configuration, such as a step for forming by rolling Gimbap, a step for cutting the formed Gimbap into a size allowing a user to easily eat Gimbap, and a step for packing the cut Gimbap when the user want to pack Gimbap; and improving economic efficiency by significantly reduce labor costs by preventing labor consumption. To achieve the objective of the present invention, an automatic rolling unit is stacked and combined with the upper surface of an automatic packing unit; a fillings storage frame is symmetrically combined with right and left lateral surfaces of the automatic rolling unit; a laver supply box is mounted on the upper surface of the automatic rolling unit; and a packing and cutting device is further combined and formed in the front of a portion in which the automatic packing unit and the automatic rolling unit are combined with each other, again. |
