The present invention relates to a metal powder manufacturing method comprising a material dissolution process and a flake process. The material dissolution process comprises: a first step of dissolving metal with a high frequency induction coil; and a second step of making a liquid droplet of a liquefy metal dissolved through a piezoelectric actuator. The flake process comprises: a third step of accelerating the dissolved droplet by making a pressure difference between an upper and a lower part of a flow induction pipe for the droplet; and a fourth step of solidifying the accelerated droplet into metal powder as the droplet collides with a cooling wheel to be transformed into a flake.
