The invention relates to the process for sewage treatment from formaldehyde. Summary of the invention consists in the fact that it is proposed a process for sewage treatment from formaldehyde which includes treatment thereof with urea and aluminium sulphate in the amount of 0,1...1,5 g/L in the acid medium (pH 2) at stirring and heating up to 20...30°C during 1...2 hours. Thereafter in the formed suspension it is introduced the wooden sawdust in the amount of 10...15%, and the process of sediment separation is conducted by means of centrifuge.The result consists in accelerating the process of sewage treatment from formaldehyde, decreasing the temperature and improving the quality of treatment process.Claims: 1
