<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded body large in rising angle of a side wall and deep into a bottom, to reduce the manufacturing cost, to recycle or incinerate the molded body after the use, and to reduce the volume of the refuse by providing a bottom part and a body part, and setting the density of a corner part in its longitudinal section and/or transverse section to be smaller than the density of other parts. SOLUTION: The thickness T2 of a corner part is preferably larger than the thickness T1 of other parts from the viewpoint of the transport of molded bodies 1 and the decking of the molded bodies 1 in a warehouse or over the counter. In addition, if the densityρ2 of the corner part 5 in the longitudinal and/or transverse section of the molded bodies 1 is smaller than the densityρ1 of other parts, i.e.,ρ1>ρ2, the compression strength of the molded bodies 1 is improved, and the quantity of a material to be used is reduced. The relationship between T1 and T2, andρ1 andρ2 can be established by selecting appropriate values of the pressure and flow rate of the pressurizing fluid during the pressing using a core, the material and the shape of the core, the shape of the molded bodies 1, etc., in a preferable manufacturing method of the molded bodies 1.</p> |
