PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a construction and shorten a rise time for heating. SOLUTION: Styrofoam 5 as insulator and wire netting 6 are laid down sequentially on a concrete foundation 4, hot water pipes 7 are disposed spirally on the wire netting 6, the wire netting 6 is fixed using a binding wire, and a mortar 8 is charged. Because the mortar 8 is charged after the hot water pipes 7 are fixed onto the wire netting 6, the hot water pipes 7 are prevented from being deviated at the time of filling of the mortar 8, and the construction can be performed easily in short time. Also, because the mortar 8 is charged at a time, the thickness of the motor is reduced, a distance for transmitting heat to an indoor through the mortar 8 is shortened, and a heating rise time can be more shortened. |
