PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time necessary for forming a interlaminar insulation layer without being accompanied by deficiency by forming a groove along the rotating direction on the surface of a coating roll. SOLUTION: A interlaminar insulation is applied simultaneously on both surface of a printing wired board 4 by inserting the vertically erecting board 4 between a pair of the coating rolls 1 and transporting from the lower side to the upper side. In the roll coater to be used, each roll 1 is brought into complete contact with the coating surface side or a doctor bar having a fixed space. The doctor bar forms a varnish reservoir for storing the interlaminar insulation to be cured in a space with each roll 1. The surface of each roll 1 is formed from rubber or a resin such as urethane and many grooves are formed on the resin surface in the rotating direction. Then, when the roll 1 is rotated, the interlaminar insulation stored in the varnish reservoir enters into the groove and is brought into contact with the board 4 to be transferred to the board 4 side to be coated therewith. |
