PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously use a function for making a general voice speech and a function for emergency information without limiting the use of a transmitter provided with an emergency informing button to only emergency information by giving emergency information to a previously registered informing destination when prescribed sub-address information is set to setup data received in accordance with a radio protocol. SOLUTION: A communication protocol in the normal voice speech and in the emergency information between the emergency information master set 100 and the emergency information slave set 200 of an emergency informing system is executed, based on a radio protocol equal to that to be used by a cordless slave set for the other general voice speech. The set 100 can be connected with not only the set 200 but also a normal slave without having an emergency information button and in this case, the slave set to be housed is previously registered to the master set. In the case of connecting plural emergency information slave sets 200, respectively different emergency informing destinations can be registered to the registered plural sets 200.
