PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance tensile strength of a brace without enlarging the cross-sectional area by constituting so as to enhance compressive strength by fluid pressure by sealing fluid in an inside space under prescribed pressure. SOLUTION: Before assembling a brace 6 in a frame, a compressor is connected to a nozzle of the brace 6 to inject air into an inside space 7 of the brace 6 up to prescribed pressure. The brace 6 sealed with air of the prescribed pressure is connected to a joining part of a main material via a bolt after forming the frame of the main material. Thus, compressive strength of the brace 6 can be set in the same as tensile strength or more than that, so that and even when the other external force is applied to the frame, the brace 6 can sufficiently endure. Since the compressive strength is enhanced without enlarging the cross-sectional area of the brace 6, an excessive enlargement and an excessive weight increase of the brace 6 can be prevented, and when further enhancing fluid pressure, weight of the brace 6 can be reduced.
