PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an adjustment of a door vertical position and a shaft fixing operation after the adjustment, in a door comprising a door and a frame body. SOLUTION: This pivot hardware for door is formed so that a fixed plate 3 is provided in proximity to a surface in parallel with a frame side lower pivot 1 and screwed with the pivot using a male screw part 8 on a shaft 2. After the shaft 2 is rotated to perform the positional adjustment thereof, a fixing screw 4 is tightened to press the threads of the male screw part 8 on the shaft 2 against a shaft screwing thread hole 5 in the frame side pilot 1 and a shaft screwing thread hole 6 in the fixed plate 3 in order to fix the pivot to the plate easily and completely without damaging the threads thereof.
