PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flap piece from being warped at a jaw part and surely open a plug. SOLUTION: A plastic pilfer-proof cap 1 is provided with a tamper-evident band 7 through a weakening line 6 at the end part of a cylindrical skirt 4 of a cap main body 5 comprising a top surface wall 2 and the cylindrical skirt 4. The inner circumferential surface of the taper evident band 7 is provided with a plurality of foldable flap pieces 9 protruded from a lateral extending base part 8 in an inward radial and slant upward direction. A connecting plate 11 integrally connects each of the side edges 10 at the extremity end of the flap pieces 9 except the portion near the base part 8. The connecting plate 11 is formed to be longer than a distance between each of the side edges 10 of adjoining flap pieces 9 under a state in which they are protruded from the base part 8 in a radial inner and slant upper direction to enable the flap pieces 9 to be folded and contacted with the inner circumferential surface of the taper evident band 7.
