PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body structure having sufficient durability against a rear-end collision load while sufficiently ensuring a width of a luggage space. SOLUTION: A rear side member 1A, 1B extended in a vehicle longitudinal direction is constituted by a front side member 11 of hat-shaped section opened to the upward and a rear side member 12 molded in almost U-shaped section opened to the outer sideward to close an opening part by a plate. The rear side member 12 is continuously formed with a first bending part 16 curved to the vehicle outward in the intermediate part of the rear side member and a second bending part 17 positioned behind the first bending part 16 to be curved to the vehicle inward.
