PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated hob cutter capable of improving accuracy, reducing costs and shortening time in manufacturing a gear by appropriately relieving from the viewpoint of mainly improving the cutting performance of a cutting edge. SOLUTION: This integrated hob cutter A is formed by recessing a plurality of longitudinal grooves 12 in a worm 11 to form cutting parts 13 and relieving along the thread of the worm 11. A first peripheral flank 16 intersecting a cutting face 14 to form a cutting edge 15, and a second peripheral flank 17 continuous with the first peripheral flank 16 and larger in clearance angle than the first peripheral flank 16, are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cutting part 13. A first side face flank 18 intersecting the cutting face 14 to form the cutting edge 15, and a second side face flank 19 continuous with the first side face flank 18 and larger in clearance angle than the first side face flank 18, are formed at both side faces of the cutting part 13.
