PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clogging due to the accumulation of scales generated at the time of an electrolysis in water guide pipes from occurring by providing an electromagnetic valve for an acidic water feeding and an electromagnetic valve for an alkaline water feeding, between an electrolytic water generating device and the water guide pipes, and constituting the electromagnetic valves in such a manner that, when one electromagnetic valve is open, the other electromagnetic valve may be closed. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic valve 3 for an acidic water feeding and an electromagnetic valve 4 for an alkaline water feeding are provided between an electrolytic water generating device 1 and water guide pipes. Then, an acidic water generated by the electrolytic water generating device 1 is fed to the water guide pipe, which is communicated by an opening motion of the electromagnetic valve 3, and an alkaline water generated by the electrolytic water generating device 1 is fed to the water guide pipe which is communicated by an opening motion of the electromagnetic valve 4. Thus, when one electromagnetic valve is open, the other electromagnetic valve is placed under a closed state, and also, the switching motions of respective electromagnetic valves 3 and 4 are automatically performed at a time interval which is set in advance.
