PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the high heat-insulating performance for a long period of time by forming either one of an internal container and an external container, of a synthetic resin for the heat-insulating container, and molding the synthetic resin container by an extending blow molding. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating container 1 is constituted of an internal container 2, an external container 3, and a bottom member 8. For the internal container 2, polyethylene terephthalate, which is a transparent synthetic resin, is used, and a perform is manufactured by an injection molding. In this case, a recess-form section 7c, which is formed on the side external surface of the opening, is formed in such a manner that the perform is positioned in a die at the time of an extending-blow molding, and the perform is fixed when compressed air is blown in. In addition, a protruding form section 7b is provided on the side internal surface of the opening of the perform, and is used as a water stop for an internal plug after the extending blow molding. By this constitution, the performance as the heat-insulating container 1 can be kept for a long period of time.
