PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a wide molecular weight distribution and a problem caused by a side reaction in a continuous polymerization method having high productivity. SOLUTION: A polymerization initiator, a monomer component and a catalyst are continuously fed to a flow-type and stirring vessel-type reactor 25 to start a living anionic polymerization, and a reaction liquid having 1-90 wt.% degree of the reaction of the monomer component is continuously fed from the flow- type and stirring vessel-type reactor 25 to a flow tube-type reactor 26 to progress the living polymerization thereof in the flow tube-type reactor 26.
