PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control an output voltage in a circuit that generates two high/low voltages according to a high/low level of an input signal. SOLUTION: A 1st current path has a resistor R2, a transistor(TR) Q2, a TR Q5, and a resistor R5, and when a level of an input signal A is low, a current i4 flows to the 1st current path and an output voltage Vout becomes a voltage shifted from a constant voltage VH. When the input signal A is at a high level, the constant voltage VH is outputted as it is. This circuit is provided with a 2nd current path, a simulated current is supplied to a resistor R3 and a TR Q3 of the 2nd current path, the shifted voltage is monitored and a feedback circuit employing a comparator OP1 adjusts the current i4.
