PURPOSE: Provided is an extruding method of a cross linked polyethylene pipe by continuously supplying a lubricant to the die in the extruder for the smooth continuous extruding. CONSTITUTION: The method of extruding the cross linked polyethylene pipe consists of the steps of: installing a circular slit for discharging a lubricant in a gauge rod die and continuously supplying a heat resistant lubricant to the interior of the die at 230deg.C; and making an oil layer of 10-50μm thickness in the die for smooth extrusion. The composition of the polyethylene pipe includes 100wt.% of super molecular weight high density polyethylene, 0.6wt.% of di-t-butyl peroxide and 0.2wt.% of the antioxidant (Irganox 1076).
