PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recyclable rubber composition which is molded into a sheet to be used as a soundproof sheet, a waterproof sheet, a weeding sheet, etc. without being vulcanized, shows a high processibility and is inexpensively prepared. SOLUTION: From 100 to 300 pts.wt. asphalt and from 100 to 400 pts.wt. general compounding additives such as reinforcing agents, fillers, softeners, etc. are blended to 100 pts.wt. ethylene/propylene/diene ternary copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 600,000 or larger. Preferably, from 5 to 40 pts.wt. polyethylene is added and blended to 100 pts.wt. total of the ethylene/propylene/diene ternary copolymer, asphalt and the general compounding additives.
