PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the discharge of a two-wheeler and also fix a front wheel stably regardless of its kind. SOLUTION: A groove shape passage 3 is formed across the entire front/rear direction on the rectangular or square shape base 2 in a plane view and a bracket 10 is erectingly fixed on each corner of the base 2 and a prop 11 is provided so as to be risen and falln on each bracket 10 and a guard 15 is bridged between respective props 11 attachably/detachably and a strong cross bar 20 is installed attachably/detachably on the lower part of each front prop 11a. A pair of holders 2b are installed slidably and attachably/detachably on the intermediate part of this cross bar 20 and a regulation tool 27 facing to the front side of a front wheel 31 is provided on each holder 26.
