PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely install a garnish by respectively inserting a locking claw of the garnish into an inserting port of a seat cushion side installing body and a projection into a locking hole in the same direction, and fastening a lower flange of the garnish to a flange of the installing body. SOLUTION: An operation lever housing part A is composed of a sheet metal installing body 2 integral with a frame 30 of a seat cushion SC and a resin garnish 1 fitted to an inside surface. In the garnish 1, after inserting a locking claw 12 into an inserting port of the installing body 2, when pushing the whole garnish 1 upward, the locking claw 12 is hookingly fastened to an upper edge part of the inserting port, and at the same time, a projection 11 is inserted into a locking hole. Thus, the garnish 1 is temporarily fastened to the installing body 2, and afterwards, the garnish 1 is fixed to the installing body 2 by being fastened to a lower flange 13 of the garnish 1 and a flange 23 of the installing body 2 by a fastening member 14 such as a machine screw.
